We offer professional lease-only services for rental property owners who prefer to manage their own properties but want experienced assistance finding and placing a qualified resident.
From marketing the property and coordinating showings to applicant screening, income and rental history verification, and lease preparation, we handle the leasing process from vacancy to move-in.
Once the resident is placed, you continue managing the property directly.
